Terms of Service

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for any practice you set up.
• You are responsible for the client data you enter and for having the right to process it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to breach security, access other tenants’ data, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Subscriptions & payment

• Paid plans are billed through our payments processor (Stripe) on the cycle you select.
• Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you put into MeridianOS. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the product.

Availability & changes

We work to keep the service reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties. We may update features, and we may revise these terms — material changes will be communicated, and continued use means you accept the revised terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MeridianOS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using and delete your account at any time.
